Ultra High Performance

The Galaxy Ultra range provides ultra high light intensity with the GU50 providing 140,000 Lux @1m a large diameter of illumination. It also allows more light to be spread across more of the working area. Optimised deep cavity light insulation also ensures that the surgeon can see exactly what they are doing in any position, all of the time.

Visual and Physical Comfort

Ultra cold light ensures that neither patient or doctor suffers from the effects of heat radiation. This is crucially important in open surgery where tissue damage can occur. Precise colour rendition makes it easer for the surgeon to distinguish between different colours of tissue, this reduces eye strain.
