Brandon Medical offer a bespoke equipment servicing package which can be tailored to the individual's needs. Experienced engineers cover a wide range of theatre equipment from a variety of manufacturers - keeping costs low and reducing theatre down time.

Service Contracts

Customers benefit from two service visits a year which cover all important safety checks, a heavily reduced call out rate and a 3 year spare parts warranty. Service contracts are a fixed price for the first 3 years (excluding parts & call out visits).

Personalised Service

Brandon can service a range of operating theatre equipment including medical lighting, medical control panels, medical architectural equipment, medical Audio-Visual systems, IPS and UPS systems. Multiple items and theatres can be included under a single service contract, reducing unexpected charges and theatre down-time.

Quick Response Time

A nationwide network of service engineers allows Brandon to offer exceptional response times, with weekend and evening visits available. A spare parts systems allows Brandon to offer same-day dispatch and timed deliveries on orders received before 2pm (stock lines only). A large database of spare parts for old models allows the sourcing of rare items quickly, and at a low cost.
