The company has been developing and manufacturing operating tables since 1912 and has built strong technical expertise in this field for more than a century. It is headquartered in Münsingen close to Bern, where its in-house development and manufacturing operations are based. Today, the company is present in more than 75 countries through an international network of sales and service partners.

Schaerer Medical Schweiz AG’s product portfolio complements Reinsberg Group’s existing offering particularly well with specialized mobile operating tables for orthopedics and spinal surgery. The company has extensive experience in these fields and provides solutions for demanding surgical procedures that combine high load capacities, a wide range of positioning options, and specialized extensions and accessories. The design of selected tables also facilitates easier access to the patient and supports the effective use of imaging technologies during surgery.
