Qi60 iSense is the full environmental-intelligence model in the Quasar Qi family. It combines the largest Qi light head with advanced iLite optical performance and the complete Qi60 environmental sensing suite.
Premium illumination
Qi60 delivers 160,000 lux at 1 m with variable colour temperature from 3300 K to 5500 K, CRI Ra 99 and CRI R9 99. Its 690 mm light head provides a D50 field diameter of 130-210 mm and D10 of 235-375 mm.
Depth of illumination reaches 2,100 mm at 20% and 1,100 mm at 60%, supporting deep surgical fields with less frequent repositioning.
Full iSense environmental sensing
Qi60 is the model specified with temperature and humidity sensing in the surgical zone, surgical smoke detection, contaminated-air detection, heightened infection-risk indicators and dangerous/intrusive noise monitoring. Air-quality assessment includes particulates, VOCs and NOx, while CO2 supports awareness of occupancy and ventilation conditions.
Active sensing and control
Qi60 adds user-configurable Active Shadow Management, Surgical Space Sensing & Control and Overlapping Beam Warning. Light-head synchronisation, up to 99 user-defined profiles and no-touch gesture control for field size, intensity and colour provide a broader control ecosystem for multi-light theatres.
Designed for different procedures
Red Boost is included as part of the iLite platform. Integrated ambient lighting is dimmable, and Endo mode allows the main light to operate at 5% of maximum intensity for low-light procedures. An integrated camera option is available on Qi60 configurations.
Built for long-term use
The platform includes smart on-board service diagnostics, self-healing electronics, long-life brakes on central axes and cardanic yoke arms, IP54 ingress protection and smooth cleanable surfaces with antibacterial coatings on key touchpoints.
